Valentines’ Day Basketball Results vs Eastern. Jv won 39-30 Varsity lost Shout out to our seniors: Skyler Dailey (pep band), David Hair (pep band), Amanti Hayes (pep band /cheer), Layla Robson (cheer), Landon Everson (basketball), Xander Fisher (basketball), Brandon Laudermilt (basketball), & Colin Wemmer (basketball).

Thank you to Southern graduate (2011) and WWII historian Charley Pyles for taking time out of his day to give a presentation to Mr. Pickens’ American history classes. Mr. Pyles has collected an impressive array of World War II artifacts and memorabilia, which he shared with the students, providing a hands-on experience that brought history to life. Students were amazed to see actual boots that made the jump into Normandy, sand from all 5 of the stormed beaches, personal items from soldiers, medals, dogtags, and an aor raid siren. His knowledge and passion for the subject made for an engaging and educational session. We appreciate his dedication to preserving history and inspiring the next generation.

2/4/25 Basketball Results Vs Ravenswood 7th girls lost, 8th girls won 35-25, Vs Waterford Jv boys (2q) lost, Varsity boys won 44-34.
