Mr. Hoback graduated from Southern Local in 1991.  He went on to earn a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Ohio University in 1995, with a major in accounting.  Mr. Hoback has over 14 years experience in finance and management. This is Mr. Hoback's first term serving on the Board of Education.  He previously served on Southern's School Finance Committee from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Hoback resides in Racine with his wife, Jennifer.  He has two children in the district:  Jacob and Jonah.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing, coaching and watching sports with his boys.
